Please set up your files in CMYK color mode. NO RGB please. Spot colors should only be used when printing in specific PMS colors. Please always add 1/8" to accommodate for bleed. When sending artwork via yousend it please put all of your files in a folder and stuff or zip before uploading for fastest submission. WAIT for message that reads "your files have been successfully uploaded" before backing out of the system. If you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
